Tracy L. Alves
President

As Director of Operations for Talk America, a large direct marketing company with an internal 300 seat call center, Tracy led a senior and middle management staff of over 270 personnel and coordinated all database marketing, customer service and call overflow programs. Prior experience includes tenure with MCI Telecommunications. In June of 2000, Tracy co-founded Freeupsells.com, a company created to bring the successful off-line upsell model perfected at Cornerstone Marketing to the Internet. At Cornerstone, Tracy focuses on new business development and strategic alliances.

Jennifer K. McBrierty
Executive Vice President

In her role as Director of Business Development and Marketing for Talk America, Jennifer negotiated and secured multi-million dollar licensing and vendor contracts and successfully built relationships and worked with high-profile clients. Jennifer has written sales scripts successfully utilized by hundreds of call centers throughout the United States and Canada. At Cornerstone, Jennifer focuses on vendor and product development and the implementation of those programs within CMI's client base.
